Located within the highly awarded Medibank Green Star complex, this was a challenging project due to the multiple considerations that needed to be made. The building envelope was irregular, the base building 10 star efficiency added complexity, acoustics needed to managed and the interface with Marvel Stadium podium level considered. The site was also 500sq.m smaller than a typical Goodlife Health Club. Through the use of strategic room placement, changes in levels, use of varying materials and finishes and the implementation of internal planting, a unique and highly regarded inner city Health Club has been created.
